What the platform includes
Core capabilities available to every institution on Kavinoq, regardless of size.
Isolated Tenant Environments
Each institution operates in its own space. Users, courses, settings, and data are fully separated. Nothing crosses tenant boundaries.
Gamification Layer
Assign XP to course activities, define badge criteria, enable streak tracking, and surface leaderboards within a cohort. All configurable per course.
AI Teaching Assistant
Each course can have a configured AI assistant that learners can query in context. Instructors see which questions are being asked most frequently.
Live Session Scheduling
Schedule live video sessions from within the platform. Recordings are saved and linked back to the relevant module automatically.
Progress & Completion Tracking
Administrators and instructors see completion rates, assessment scores, and time-on-task for every enrolled learner.
Custom Branding & Domain
Each institution sets their own subdomain, logo, and colour scheme. Learners interact entirely within the institution's branded environment.
How onboarding works
We handle the setup. Most institutions are running live programmes within three to four weeks of signing.
Discovery call
We spend an hour understanding your institution's structure, existing content, and technical environment.
Tenant setup
We provision your environment, configure your subdomain, and connect your identity provider if applicable.
Content migration & training
We help you import or build your first courses, then run a training session with your administrator and instructor teams.
Go live
Your learners log in. We monitor the first week with you and stay available for the first 90 days post-launch.
What institutions say
Kavinoq is actively used by institutions across secondary education, higher education, and corporate training.
"The onboarding was straightforward. Within three weeks our department was running on Kavinoq, and the admin dashboard gave us visibility we didn't have before."
"Our learner engagement improved after we enabled the gamification features. The leaderboard made cohort progress visible in a way that actually motivated people."
Questions we get asked
Yes. Every institution on Kavinoq gets its own subdomain and can set its logo, primary colours, and welcome copy. From your learners' perspective, they're using your platform.
Yes, completely. The data isolation is architectural, not policy-based — your users, courses, and records live in a separate tenant that no other organisation can access.
We support SAML and OAuth2 for identity federation, and offer a REST API for integrations with SIS or HRMS platforms. If you have a specific system in mind, ask us and we'll tell you directly whether it works.
Administrators have dashboards showing enrolment, course completion, assessment results, and learner activity. Data can be exported to CSV. We're adding scheduled report delivery later this year.
For most institutions, three to four weeks from contract to go-live. That assumes you have content ready to migrate. If you're building from scratch, we can have you live with a pilot course in two weeks.
Course content can be written in any language. Platform UI localisation is available for selected locales — contact us to confirm whether yours is supported.
