Kavi is the assistant inside every Kavinoq screen. It works within what each person is allowed to see.

What Kavi does for each person

Principals and registrars

Answers questions about the school's own records, with the source shown.

Limits and controls

  • Waits for a person. Publishing results, moving money and changing records always wait for a person.
  • Sees only what you may see. Kavi uses each person's permissions. It can't open a record they can't open.
  • Shows its sources. Every answer says which records it came from and when.
  • Your school decides. Who gets Kavi, what it may do and how much it may spend are school settings.
